Pendler ("the app") is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.
Pendler does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising.
The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to our servers:
This data is stored in the app's private container and the shared App Group (group.me.pai.pendler) used to share data with widgets and Live Activities.
The app may request access to your location to show nearby transit stops on the map. Location data is used only in the moment to center the map and perform a nearby-stop search — it is never stored or transmitted.
Departure data is fetched from the Rejseplanen API (operated by the Danish public transport authority). Requests include geographic coordinates or stop IDs to retrieve departure boards. No personal data is included in these requests. Rejseplanen's own privacy policy applies to their service.
The app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
